CAFE CONCERT SERIES 2001 .................................................. Our Sustainable Coffee Campaign continued in Fall 2001 with a series of evening concerts at Puget Sound, WA regional cafes. These concerts featured local roasters of sustainable coffees (find out more about them by linking to their web sites below) and a number of local musicians who are supportive of our outreach efforts to. These evenings provided a local, community context for learning more about shade-grown, organic and fair-trade coffees, and how they promote social, economic and environmental sustainability in coffee country.
